Naima Mungai is first and foremost a creative, she is passionate about filmmaking and journalism especially documentary filmmaking and visual storytelling.
She is the Programme Manager for the Africa Women Journalism Project (AWJP) and is the former Product Manager for Code for Africa’s Academy and Communities programme. Naima is invested in ethical storytelling, data journalism and improving the state of journalism in Africa, especially African women Journalists.
