Hope Mafaranga

Hope Mafaranga is a science journalist and the regional news editor for Uganda’s New Vision Newspaper. Over her 16 year career, she has covered agriculture, environment, health, oil, gas and mining, as well as human rights issues in Uganda.

She holds an honors degree in Communication Graduate from Uganda Pentecostal University in Uganda and an International Diploma in Science Journalism awarded by World Federation of Science Journalists, (Canada).
